Human rights law is closely linked to several legal disciplines; from criminal law to administrative law, family law, immigration, environmental and business law. Therefore, in the course of our practice, we often come across with human rights violations where we have to defend fundamental rights and freedoms of our clients. On a national level we challenge these violations and defend the rights of our clients before the local courts, as well as before the Constitutional Court. On an international level we file applications with European Court of Human Rights. We have several applications before the ECHR where we successfully argued violations of our clients’ fundamental rights and obtained compensation and damages.
